The final day of the festival was brilliant from start to finish.
I was generally feeling a bit more relaxed about the whole thing and my confidence had grown after receiving some really positive feedback from the day before. This was my first ever exhibition so I really didn't know what to expect, however people were just lovely and wanted to know all about everything!
We moved around the exhibition talking to the public, explaining what the Latest Edition Project is all about, their were a lot of people who were genuinely interested in our reasons for the exhibition and the messages we were trying to get across.
The feedback forms we were asking visitors to fill in gave an intriguing insight into their thoughts on the exhibition and all of the artists were getting amazing, well thought out responses from the public.
It was interesting to see how visitors were drawn to different sections of the room, showing how diverse each artists work is, yet all still managing to complement one another and have a link throughout.
At the end of the day we took took down the exhibition, (which was way easier than setting it up), and we received some magnificent brooches to remember our journey so far.
It's good to know we're still going to be working together till May. We have been lucky as a group to have a genuine like for each other, I feel like I've learned loads but also made some new pals too.
